Program Summary:
This MBA Shabbat Morning service at International Convention 2008 gave girls the opportunity to learn about stress and how it impacts their lives.
Full Description:
In order to incorporate Mind, Body, and Attitude (MBA) into International Convention 2008, we created a BBG Shabbat Service geared towards teaching participants about stress and how to deal with it in their everyday lives. By incorporating physical and mental exercises with song, dance, and prayer, the service provided girls with a better understanding of how to relieve anxiety in stressful situations.
The program script and prayer packet are both attached. Before adapting the program for your own, read through the script to make sure it fits the needs of your program. (It is kind of long as is.)
