Run as a Shabbat Elective during International Convention 2007, this program involves situational leadership for members interested in CLTC and/or ILTC.

Do you have what it takes to be a true leader? Do people listen to you when you speak? Do you want them to? Do your friends come to your advice? Do they trust your opinions? Do you have great ideas that need to be heard? Are you the kind of person that makes things happen?

Welcome to your new BBYO Chapter!

Please take a moment to review the Torah story that is the foundation for your chapter’s history.

Choose one person to read the Torah story out loud.

You then discover that you have a “situation” on your hands.

You must come together as a group to discuss what to do.

Your chapter has a situation to deal with and you must figure out the best solution for the problem as soon as possible!

•    What is the core problem in this situation?
•    Is there anything you can learn from the situation in your Torah story?
•    What would you do to resolve the situation in the best way for your chapter?

Be prepared to present your solution to the problem to everyone else!
