Full Description:
After the earthquake in Haiti, Haiti was devastated; Barnston BBG and Reisbord AZA then came together to spread awareness for Haiti. The project first started off with a havdallah service, and then it lead into the spreading of awareness for Haiti. After the service, a power point was shown. The power point showed how drastically the earthquake affected Haiti. Everyone was then split into groups. Stories were read within the groups about people who had experienced the earthquake. The groups then answered a list of questions that created deep discussion. After the questions everyone joined back together and chilled. The project was successful, spreading among the participants, an awareness for Haiti.
The supplies were a computer with a power point about Haiti and paper for the questions. The house also needs to be large enough to accommodate around a large amount of people.
