    Program Summary:

This was the separates program of CRW BBG at RLTC. It was an emotional and inspiring program about what it means to be in BBG.

    Full Description:

The intention of this program is to remind girls of why they are in BBG and what it is that is keeping them there. The BBGs have not had a program like this as long as I have been in BBG and it would be a valuable experience for them.

    Procedures
    1.    Gather all the girls together.
    2.    In a very serious tone and really you mean business; tell them that because they are at RLTC they must take a test to make sure that they are really eligible to be a member. Explain that it is a new policy that has just been instituted and it is crucial that we take this seriously.
    3.    Explain that there is no working together on this test, and no one may give anyone the answers or provide some sort of unfair advantage to another BBG.
    4.    Hand out pencils and make sure the room is silent. Give them the first version of the test face down.
    5.    Once everyone has a test, tell them that they may begin, and when they finish, to please raise their hands.
    6.    Collect all the tests and look over the first few. Say that you are disappointed, but there is another part to the test and hopefully people will do better on that part to bring up the regional average score.
    7.    Hand each girl the second part of the test and put it face down.
    8.    Once everyone receives a test tell them that they may begin.
    9.    Give them more time for this section and try not to call time until everyone is finished.
    10.    Go over the test and make sure that everyone has a chance to share at least once about something that they wrote.
    11.    Give people a few minutes to collect themselves before moving to the next program.
