Standards for Programs Submitted to the Program Bank:

  • We want programs, not events. If the description is 3 sentences or less, your submission is an event. We are looking for programs that utilize the folds that are the foundation of our Orders.

  • Programs should be submitted after they have been successfully run in chapters, councils, and regions. If your program had flaws, mention that in the “Submitter’s Suggestion” box, but please ensure that the programs submitted are top-notch programs.

  • We are looking for unique, creative programs that are not run-of-the-mill—no basements or backyards!

  • Please make programs as detailed as possible. The point of the Program Bank is so that chapters across the country can implement YOUR program—the more detail, the better they will be prepared!

My Brother Alephs, My Sister B’nai B’rith Girls,

It’s finally here. You have access to programs from across the country at the mere click of a button. Choose your folds, your target population, and the number of the people—we do the rest. It’s now easier than ever to produce outstanding programs.

Welcome to the BBYO Program Bank.

As your Grand Aleph S’gan and International S’ganit, we are so excited to take part in the launching of the first ever International BBYO Program Bank. It brings us great joy and pride to know that members in every region, council, and chapter can browse and share programs with ease.

The Program Bank was created as a way for chapters to share successful programs with similar chapters in other locations. There are so many ways to utilize the Program Bank—from submitting programs and receiving feedback from other members to browsing programs and adapting them for use in your own chapter. Thinking “outside-of-the-box” has never been so simple!

Our vision for the expansion of this database is far-reaching, and we hope that you will be able to use the Program Bank as a constant resource. If you ever have any questions or concerns, either about the Program Bank or programming in general, please do not hesitate to contact either one of us.

Also, if you have photos or supplemental materials that go with an already posted program please email them to us so we can include them and make the Program Bank stronger.
